01The challenge
Nova Capital ran a seven-year-old dashboard that took eleven seconds to render a portfolio view. Support tickets were dominated by timeouts, and the product team could not ship a feature without regressions elsewhere.
02Our solution
We rebuilt the client on Next.js with streaming server rendering, replaced polling with a websocket layer, and extracted a tokenised component library so both the marketing site and the app share one visual source of truth.
03The result
First meaningful paint dropped below one second, support volume fell by two-thirds, and the product team now ships weekly instead of quarterly.
