01The challenge

A trading platform running on a seven-year-old dashboard takes over ten seconds to render a portfolio view. Support tickets are dominated by timeouts, and the product team cannot ship a feature without causing regressions elsewhere. This is the most common state we are called into.

02Our solution

We rebuilt the client on Next.js with streaming server rendering, replaced polling with a websocket layer, and extracted a tokenised component library so both the marketing site and the app share one visual source of truth.

03The result

First meaningful paint dropped below one second, support volume fell by two-thirds, and the product team now ships weekly instead of quarterly.
